The goal of root canal treatment is to prevent and treat apical periodontitis, by eliminating inflamed pulp tissue as well microorganism necrotic chemomechanical debridement providing a good quality filling. According Sjögren, et al. [1] the success rate goes high 96% in teeth without periapical lesions. Salehrabi, Rotstein [2] metanalyses, found 97% retention treated while Hannahan, Eleazer [3] showed no statistical difference between single implants with non-surgical treatments. instrumentation perform using different type hand files or mechanical driven rotary reciprocation instruments. However, during dentin debris, tissue, bacteria are likely get extruded through foramen. This extrusion might be responsible for presence severe postoperative pain and/or swelling [4].
